Some BEGINNERS who have physical restrictions & limitations CAN benefit, using this hoop for off-body moves, walking/dancing with it in their hands & doing relaxing stretches – waist hooping and more strenuous on-body moves can come later, with a larger hoop, once you’ve gotten used to moving your body with a hoop and built up stamina.

This hoop IS the perfect 2nd hoop for experienced beginners, allowing increased options for learning more off-body moves while providing an extra challenge for waist hooping and other on-body dance moves – even leg hooping – all moves that any seasoned hooper will enjoy.

The Twist-n-gO™ LITE Hoop is handmade by Geri. It can include metallic shine tape and cloth grip tape, of your choosing, which you select below. It twists down and folds into two smaller loops, making transport to events around town super easy! After purchase, you’ll receive an email with further details to help Geri complete your hoop sizing consultation.

Hoop can be shipped in the contiguous United States (lower 48 states only).
