It’s totally customizable depending on your needs & goals. Get training on specific skills, troubleshooting particular moves or it can even be a “pick my brain” consultation on something specific – video call or audio only, if applicable – where I answer your questions and/or mentor you on whatever you are needing help with – including mindset and methods for hooping with physical limitations and other special challenges – like dizziness, vertigo and balance, for example.
