Product and Service Descriptions, Price and Other Information
We have taken reasonable precautions to ensure that all product descriptions, prices and other information shown on our websites are correct and fairly described. However, when ordering products or services through our websites, please note that:
- aRoundJoy reserves the right to not accept any orders if there is a material error in the description of the product or service, or if the price advertised is incorrect;
- aRoundJoy reserves the right to refuse or discontinue the supply of any product or service to any customer, or change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of our websites at any time in our sole and absolute discretion;
- all prices are displayed in United States Dollars unless expressly indicated otherwise;
- colors of items may vary slightly from that shown on the website;
- any weights, dimensions, and capacities shown on our website are approximate only;
- when you place an order, we estimate the tax applicable to your order and include that estimate in the total for your convenience (the final tax amount will be based on the then-current rate as established by the taxing authority, charged to your payment card, and reflected in the order confirmation and package invoice we provide to you); and
- sometimes items are subject to availability and we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible if any product or service you ordered is not available and whether we may offer you an alternative of equal or higher quality and value.
Please also note that we may be required to change the terms of any products, goods or services that we offer and/or you purchase. This includes without limitation changes to prices, taxes, shipping and handling amounts, specifications, delivery times, and/or package contents. We will provide you with prior notice of any changes, by posting a notice on the website, sending an e-mail to you at the address you provided at the time of purchase, or by including a notice in any products you receive on any future automatic recurring or subscription basis, if ever offered. aRoundJoy will not incur any obligation as a result of such change. As a valued customer, you are always free to cancel any type of future order at any time by contacting us. By continuing to accept products, goods and/or services after we have notified you of a change to any terms, you will be deemed to have accepted the change.
Order Processing
We typically do not sell products in any jurisdiction other than the United States, unless you have made prior arrangements with us to discuss the order process, along with extra shipping options and costs, before placing your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to delivery. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include – inability to ship to your location, system or typographical errors, inaccuracies in product or pricing information or product availability, fairness among customers where supplies are limited, or problems identified by our credit card processors. We also may require additional verification or information before accepting an order. We will contact you if any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after we have processed your payment but prior to delivery, we will of course refund your payment.
All purchases are subject to applicable shipping and handling, and sales and/or other taxes, which will be applied to your order total. For non-shippable goods, sales and/or other taxes will be calculated based on the billing address provided. For shippable goods, sales and/or other taxes will be calculated based on the shipping address provided. For orders that consist of both shippable and non-shippable goods, sales and/or other taxes will be calculated based on the shipping address provided.
Taxes
For purchases where sales tax is applicable you will see the tax calculated on the checkout page before you are asked to confirm the purchase. Tax shown at checkout is an estimate and the actual tax collected may differ slightly once we process the order. We use commercially reasonable efforts to calculate and remit the correct amount of tax required on each taxable purchase, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of the amount of the tax represented as owed. Minor errors may occur owing to the inability to accurately track multiple taxing districts, state and local “tax holidays,” and timing of rate changes or the application of certain taxes to categories of items we sell. As a result of any error, we may over-collect or under-collect your tax. In consideration of our allowing you access to the use of the website, and in collecting and remitting taxes required on your purchases, you hereby waive your right to claim that the tax collected on any purchase is incorrect in any respect and you agree to hold us, our officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives, harmless from and against any claim, action, demand, loss, suit, or damages (including attorneys’ fees) made or incurred as a result of our error in calculating the taxes you owe for your purchases.
Your Personal and Payment Information
When you provide any information to us for any reason, such as to sign up for an offer or purchase products and services, you agree to only provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. By providing any credit card or other payment card information to us, you represent that such payment information is correct, and belongs to you or you have the authority to use such payment card. In the case of e-mail, you must provide an accurate e-mail address that is registered to you. You are responsible for promptly updating your information with any changes by contacting us as soon as possible if you notice a discrepancy. You agree that your placement of an electronic order on our website is sufficient to satisfy any applicable Statute of Frauds, and no further writing is required.
Shipping
We will take commercially reasonable efforts to ship your products in a timely manner. All orders are shipped USPS Priority within the continental United States. Non-hoop, boutique items shipped will in most cases be delivered within 7-10 business days from the time you place your order. Custom hoop orders could take up to 21 days to receive. We request USPS to email you pre-shipment notification and tracking information with approximate delivery timeframes. These are not always consistent, so we try to keep you updated, as well.
Please note that any timeframes we provide are good faith estimates and may be subject to change. We will take commercially reasonable steps to inform you in writing of any shipping delays that extend beyond the timeframe we provided at the time of purchase. Product availability may be limited in some cases and not available for immediate shipment. In that case, we will contact you with such information. You are always welcome to cancel or modify your order due to a delay in shipping. We will not be liable beyond refunding your purchase price if there is a delay in delivering your product(s). We are not responsible for shipping delays due to factors outside of our reasonable control, such as bad weather, natural disasters, strikes, protests, government disruptions, etc.
Refund and Returns
1. Hoops
During over our 15 years in business and with hundreds of hoops sold, we’ve have had only 3 returns…and 2 of those were exchanges! Seriously, we want you to be very happy with your hoop, or any items your purchase on the Website, for that matter, so we will work with you to handle any issue, should it arise.
Due to the custom nature of each hoop, all sales are final. That’s not to say we wouldn’t review concerns and situations on on a case-by-case basis to try to come up with a resolve, should you have an issue with your hoop.
If for some reason you feel the hoop isn’t right for you, here’s something to consider before just wanting to return the hoop. You may want to give that sweet hoop to a friend/family member or even try to sell it. Happiness and joy is so needed in the world right now, and while you may not be feeling the love for your hoop purchase anymore, another person would LOVE to have it, we promise you. We’d even transfer your membership to the new owner, too. Just let us know.

2. Boutique Items
We know that while shopping online can be fast and easy and FUN – it can also be a little stressful! Making sure something fits the way you need it to can be hard sometimes.
Your shopping experience should be happy one, but we do know that there are times when things don’t work the way you wished it would. So we have you covered.
Please take the time to read this over and understand our stipulations for returning a Boutique item that didn’t work for you.
- Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card or code via email. We cannot issue refunds.
- Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- T-shirts must remain un-washed and unworn.
- Jewelry must be new and in original packaging.
- Include your packing slip with your return, circling the item you are returning. If the packing slip was not included, please make a note of your order number on your return.
- If items don’t fit or you changed your mind, Return Shipping charges are non-refundable; if there was a mistake on our end or your item was damaged, then we’ll refund those charges, too.
- We do not take exchanges. The reason for this is that we keep a low inventory. We cannot guarantee we will have an item you need when you want to exchange it.
- If you need to return your clean, unworn item, send it back and get a refund in the form of store credit, which will be issued in a Coupon Code that you can use on the website later.
- Please allow us 2-3 business days to process your return once it is received.
